Tom is currently pursuing his master’s of arts at Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. His area of focus is work-integrated learning (WIL) and the ways in which it is being incorporated into undergraduate programs in Canada. The current projects he is working on at OISE are a review of the recent Strategic Mandate Agreements in Ontario to see how different institutions are incorporating WIL into their programs, and comparing the different levels of support faculty receive from their departments as they include experiential learning in their curriculum based on their discipline.
