Carmela joins BHER as a Research and Development Associate. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master’s in Research for Policy and Evaluation from Western University. There, she applied her passion for research and addressing policy challenges to her coursework. Her prior experience includes a research position with the Department of Justice Canada as well as experiences in the financial services industry.
