OTTAWA - The Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER) announces renewed funding to three more of our strongest work-integrated learning (WIL) partners to broaden their reach and scale their impact.

BHER is pleased to continue to work with Concordia University, MaRS Discovery District, and Western University to create over 2,500 new WIL experiences for post-secondary students.

“Our renewed partnerships represent a commitment to flexible, holistic WIL programming that integrates the perspectives of equity-deserving students at each stage of delivery. They also offer students in the arts and humanities, STEM, and other disciplines a variety of WIL opportunities designed to encourage career exploration.” said Valerie Walker, CEO, BHER.

BHER remains committed to the goal of 100% WIL and continues to develop and support partners that deliver quality experiences for students and employers. BHER continues to build new tools and resources for employers to explore, invest in, and create quality WIL. Resources are continually added and updated to BHER’s first-of-its-kind, free-to-use WIL Hub.
